These conditions automatically applies to every order, by any form, email, phone, handphone, or SMS. The cusomer should have read, understand, and agree on every condition.
ORDER METHOD
- The price and product stock will not be a mandatory after the filling of order form, directly via email or SMS. The price may change and the product may out of stock when the order accomplihsed.
- To every transaction, the customer will automatically agree on the conditions.
- The customer should fill the right information. The owner may refuse any order if there's any wrong information.
- In a few moment after the transaction, the owner will send a confirmation email to customer, containing the products that are wanted to buy with a total payment that should be done. The total payment is the result of the online transaction.
- If the customer do a mistake on the filling or any zero price, there will be a confirmation mentioning that there's a wrong value. If it happends, there will be a confirmation from us, by emial, SMS, telephone, mentioning a wrong transaction value. We then will fix the amount of payment that should be paid to us.
- If the customer has done a payment but product is out of stock because of any selling, we can delay the shipping schedule to customer, when the stock is ready again (5 days).
- If the stock is expected to be ready more than 5 working days, we will make an agreement whether the money will be refunded 100% or to be replaced by any other product (it may result in a partial addition or refund, according to the value of replacement products).
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation only can be done before the product shipped. When the product has been in packaging or in the shipping agent, the cancellation can't be done.
- Every cancellation won't have any fee eventhough the customer has done a payment.
- The cancellation with the condition that the customer has made a payment, can only be done by telephone, handphone, or SMS. If the customer has not made a payment, it can be done by email.
- We as the owner may refuse any order when neccessary (without having to confirm to customer). If it happend but the customer has made a payment, we will refund the payment 100%.
SHIPMENT
- The shipment will be done on the same day or under 5 working days.
- The product will be shipped to a specified address mentioned by customer.
- Undelivered product to the customer due to missleading shipping address won't be our responsibility.
- The shipment will be done with the agents that we have specified before.
PAYMENT METHOD
- The existing payment method can be done to BCA, Bank Mandiri, BII, and Bank Niaga.
- Currently we can't receive any payment using Cash On Delivery or Credit Card.
WARRANTY
- There will be a warranty and not. We will put guarantee if we can guarantee the product. If we don't mention it, the product don't have any warranty.
- Every product shipped has pass quality control. The testing is especially done to products without warranty, to make sure that the functions run well and make sure that it will function well when it's delivered.
- The product that has ben bought and delivered to the customer, can't be refunded, except there's any fatal damage because of shipping process from the shipping agent that we have specified before. It has to be able to be proved, because we will continue this to the shipping agent. Some products will be insurenced.
OTHERS
- Any missleading information because it's not updated or refreshed on the customer's side due to ISP quality isn't under our responsibility as the seller.
- We have a right to refuse any payment from other currency if neccessary.
